or finely chopped)(Note: use what crumbs you need, the rest can be stored in an airtight container) Other ingredients 500g
Chicken cut into chunks (will make lots of nuggets, which can be frozen) Oil

METHOD
Preheat
the oven to 200oC, gas mark 5.
Finely
grate garlic clove, with a little salt, mix into a dessert spoon of the
breadcrumbs.Mix together all of the
crumb mix in a bowl.
Whisk
eggs. Get a bowl of flour, a bowl/plate of eggs and a plate of crumb mix.Dip chicken in flour, egg, then crumb mix.
Drizzle
or spray with a little oil, place onto a baking tray and put into oven, approx
30 mins, checked cooked inside (temp 75oC).
(Note: You can make whole chicken breasts using this recipe too!)
